  • Payment is due with the submission of your Application to hold your spot.

  • Deadline is April 1 – we are usually sold out by then!

  • No FOOD or HAT (western or ball cap) sales will be permitted.

  • WiFi is not guaranteed so we suggest you bring a Hotspot.

  • Vendor Load In: Wednesday 8-4, 9-11 and Thursday 8-3. Vendors need to be loaded in and parked by Thursday at 3PM firm. No load in is allowed during the “Experience” Wednesday evening.

  • Vendor Load Out: Saturday night, immediately following the conclusion of the Rodeo. (That goes for the Rodeo too!)

  • There is a designated Vendor Parking area.

  • Vendors will receive a Vendor Pass for admittance inside the Venue.

  • Per the Fire Marshall, tents are not allowed in the building.
