No FOOD or HAT (western or ball cap) sales will be permitted.

WiFi is not guaranteed so we suggest you bring a Hotspot.

Vendor Load In: Wednesday 8-4, 9-11 and Thursday 8-3. Vendors need to be loaded in and parked by Thursday at 3PM firm. No load in is allowed during the “Experience” Wednesday evening.

Vendor Load Out: Saturday night, immediately following the conclusion of the Rodeo. (That goes for the Rodeo too!)

There is a designated Vendor Parking area.

Vendors will receive a Vendor Pass for admittance inside the Venue.

Per the Fire Marshall, tents are not allowed in the building.
